Q: How well does the staff assist with medical care? Do they facilitate smooth and accurate communication with the residents’ personal doctors? Do they help with keeping the residents and their families up to speed on best practices regarding health and wellness?
A: Since Palmcrest is not a medical facility, we only assist with our resident's medication. We have a well trained staff that helps dispense medication with our Assisted Living resident's medication schedule. We understand the Memory Care residents require a little more attention, and our staff is here to assist in the dispensing of their medication. Of course, with any emergency, the family is contacted, along with the proper emergency protocol.
